This product is a high-reliability metal push button switch tailored for low-voltage scenarios, standing out as a precision-engineered metal switch and a functional LED metal push button with a dot LED indicator. Crafted from high-grade metal materials, its 16mm-diameter housing boasts exceptional durability—resisting impact, scratches, and mild corrosion—making it suitable for harsh environments like industrial control panels, automotive dashboards, or IoT device enclosures, where ordinary plastic switches often fail.

A defining feature is its locking mechanism: unlike momentary switches, this metal push button switch remains closed (maintains a continuous circuit) once pressed, and only disengages when pressed again. This design is critical for applications requiring sustained power supply, such as activating low-voltage sensors, keeping small industrial motors running, or maintaining power for portable electronic equipment—preventing accidental power loss caused by vibration or unintended touches.

As a specialized LED metal push button, it integrates a compact dot LED indicator. The dot-shaped light source (typically 1-2mm in diameter) emits focused, uniform light—available in common colors like red, green, or blue—clearly signaling the switch’s on/off state. Even in bright ambient light or narrow installation spaces, the dot LED ensures quick visual recognition, avoiding misoperation. Powered by the 3-24V DC operating voltage, the LED consumes minimal power (usually ≤0.5W) and has a lifespan of over 50,000 hours, eliminating frequent indicator replacement.

In terms of installation, it is exclusively designed for a 16mm mounting hole diameter—aligning with standard panel-cutting specifications, enabling tool-free quick assembly into control boxes, equipment panels, or custom enclosures without extra drilling. The 3-24V DC wide voltage range enhances versatility: it works with 3V DC small electronic devices, 12V DC automotive systems, and 24V DC industrial low-voltage controls, adapting to diverse low-voltage application needs.

Additional advantages include a tactile push response (with clear "click" feedback to confirm operation) and optional IP65 dustproof/waterproof ratings, further expanding its usability in indoor and outdoor low-voltage scenarios.
